One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one active account on bazilife. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved, along with forfeiture of any associated balances.
Verified Withdrawals Only
Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods registered in your bazilife account. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
Bonus Terms Apply

Fair Play Enforcement

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bazilife ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bazilife website, mobile experience, casino games, sports betting markets, and all related services.
By completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager on bazilife, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them unconditionally. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
To register and use bazilife, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account on the platform:

- You must not have previously been excluded from bazilife, either voluntarily through self-exclusion or by administrative action by the platform.
bazilife employs a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to confirm each player's age and identity. You may be required to submit a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification before your account is fully verified and before any withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
3. Account Registration & Verification
3.1 Registration Requirements
To create a bazilife account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.
Each individual may register only one account on bazilife. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all such accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts will be forfeited.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bazilife username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in use will be treated as activity conducted by you, and you will be held responsible for all resulting transactions.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bazilife immediately via our 24/7 live chat or by emailing support@bazilife. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and secure your account, but we cannot accept liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
3.3 KYC Verification
bazilife may request identity verification documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: at the time of first withdrawal, when deposit thresholds are reached, or when unusual activity is detected on your account. The standard documents requested include a valid national ID, a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.2 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account does not belong to the registered bazilife account holder — are not permitted and may result in funds being returned and the account being reviewed. bazilife reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your account or that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and may be subject to additional review if the withdrawal amount is significant or if unusual activity has been detected on the account.
bazilife aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any additional verification requirements. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Currency
All transactions on bazilife are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Where currency conversion is required, bazilife will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any applicable conversion fees will be disclosed before the transaction is confirmed.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
bazilife offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms outlined in the relevant promotional communication, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.
5.1 Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses awarded to your bazilife account are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus would require ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is met.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are available to players who have a fully verified bazilife account in good standing. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded, who are subject to account restrictions, or who have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse. bazilife reserves the right to decline any bonus application or revoke a bonus already credited if we have reason to believe it is being exploited.
5.3 Bonus Expiry
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses credited to your account must be used within 30 calendar days of being awarded. Any unused bonus balance or associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of their bonuses through the account dashboard.
5.4 Promotional Integrity
bazilife reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Misuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to collusion between players, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics, constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on bazilife, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or in any communication with bazilife.
- Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Exploiting any error, glitch, or technical malfunction in the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
- Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in multiplayer or live dealer games.
- Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access areas of the platform or underlying systems that are not intended for public use, including any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward bazilife customer support staff or other players in any shared environment.
- Transferring funds between player accounts or facilitating the use of the platform by a third party using your account credentials.
Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure of your account, and forfeiture of all funds held within it. bazilife reserves the right to take legal action in cases of serious misconduct, fraud, or criminal activity.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on the bazilife platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and interactive features — is the property of bazilife or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bazilife solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from bazilife without prior written consent.
- Use the bazilife brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks for any commercial purpose.
- Create derivative works based on any content found on the platform.
- Frame or mirror any portion of the platform on another website or application.
Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is governed by their own licensing terms. bazilife presents this content under valid commercial licence agreements.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by the Player
You may request to close your bazilife account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or at support@bazilife. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining account balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.2 Suspension or Closure by bazilife
bazilife reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Detection of duplicate accounts registered to the same individual.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a recognised responsible gaming body.
- Compliance with a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
8.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bazilife will notify you by email before applying any dormancy policy to your account. A monthly account maintenance fee may be deducted from dormant account balances following the applicable notice period, up to the total balance available.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bazilife shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses incurred as a result of technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information published on bazilife, including odds, statistics, or game outcome data.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
- Errors in game outcomes resulting from demonstrable technical malfunctions, which will be investigated and resolved in accordance with our fair play policy.
bazilife provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur, during which access to some or all platform features may be temporarily unavailable.
Nothing in these Terms limits bazilife's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
10. Amendments to These Terms
bazilife reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of bazilife following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure as described in Section 8.1 above.
